Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel assignment requiring an active GA or Compact RN license and a minimum of 18 months of OR experience.

• Hospital surgery unit setting in Decatur, GA
• AM shift, 10-hour shifts
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum 18 months of OR experience required
• CVOR RN candidates must have at least 18 months of full-time CVOR experience of similar acuity within the last 3 years, with strong proficiency in cardiac and vascular procedures and strong endovascular experience

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
• Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must have been separated from the health system for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to the same facility, a separation of 18 months is required
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or a maximum of 3 days if RTO falls on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract; RTO during the holiday period must be spread out and will not be approved if consecutive days are clustered together
