Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric Stepdown position requiring at least 18 months of relevant experience and an active OH or compact RN license.

Details

Work in a hospital Pediatric Stepdown unit
Provides specialized care to patients ranging from infants through young adults up to age 25
Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12-hour shifts)
Every other holiday coverage required

Requirements

Active OH RN license or compact state license currently in hand
Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
EKG/rhythm recognition experience and inotrope experience required
NIHSS certification preferred
Minimum 18 months of permanent (non-travel) experience in the specialty prior to any travel assignments
Minimum 18 months of recent Pediatric Stepdown experience (travel experience accepted)
Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation, with a passing score required on both
Travelers who have worked at any Cleveland Clinic location for 18 consecutive months must wait a minimum of 6 months before beginning another assignment at any Cleveland Clinic location
