Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a minimum of 3 years of LDRP experience and C-EFM certification, with night shifts in a suburban Maryland hospital setting.

Details

• Combined LDRP unit covering Labor & Delivery, Recovery, Antepartum, and Postpartum patients
• Cross-training across antepartum and postpartum is expected
• Night shift schedule: 4x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Rotating weekends and holidays required; block scheduling cannot be accommodated
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active MD or Compact RN license currently in hand — no exceptions
• Current BLS certification required
• Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) certification required at the time of consideration
• Minimum 3 years of current, strong LDRP experience required
• Acute care RN experience required
• Antepartum and EFM experience preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card copies required for consideration

• Position is located in Frederick, MD, approximately one hour from both Baltimore and Washington DC
• The area features a historic downtown district, mountain views, parks, dining, and shopping
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
