Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Level IV NICU position requiring a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience, including at least 1 year in a Level IV setting.
Details
- NICU setting within a children's hospital
- Level III/IV NICU patient population, including post-op patients and those requiring trach/vent management
- Experience with g-tubes and various modes of invasive and noninvasive ventilation required
- Night shift, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- 3 shifts per week, Monday through Friday availability required
- 2–3 weekends required per 6-week scheduling period
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active WI RN license or Compact RN license required
- Current BLS and NRP certifications required (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of total NICU Level III/IV experience required (Level III and Level IV experience may be combined to meet this requirement)
- Minimum 1 year of Level IV NICU experience required
- Experience with post-op patients, g-tubes, trach/vent management, and various modes of invasive and noninvasive ventilation
