Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with trauma experience and ARRT certification for a 13-week travel contract at a Level 2 trauma center in New Jersey.

Details

• 13-week contract in a hospital CT department that works closely with the Emergency Department, serving an inner-city community
• Level 2 trauma center treating stroke, adult, and pediatric trauma patients
• Department has 3 CT scanners: 2 GE units in the main CT area and 1 Toshiba unit located inside the ED
• Procedures include general CT, angiograms, strokes, traumas, and IR procedure scanning
• Cerner charting experience preferred
• Schedule is Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM (3x13-hour shifts with 1-hour lunch)
• No on-call requirements
• No floating required
• Holiday coverage is required

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience
• Trauma experience required
• Current BLS, ARRT, and NJDEP licensure required
• Experience with GE and Toshiba CT equipment
• License required if applicable

• Dress code: black top, black bottom scrubs; short white lab coat optional
• Parking fee of $50/month may apply depending on work location
• ID badge fee of $10 applies
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to a reduced travel pay rate
