Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with outpatient experience, GE and Toshiba/Canon proficiency, and Epic charting skills for a 13-week night shift contract in Salem, OR.

Details

• Outpatient-focused CT department in a hospital setting
• Imaging equipment includes GE and Toshiba/Canon CT scanners
• Epic EMR — experience required, no exceptions
• 3x12-hour night shifts, Thursday through Saturday, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• May be required to float to a nearby sister hospital

Requirements

• Graduate of an imaging technology program approved by a recognized licensing body
• Minimum 1–2 years of CT Technologist experience required
• Outpatient CT experience required
• IV skills required
• Proficiency with both GE and Toshiba/Canon CT equipment required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Active OR state license required (no pending licenses accepted) — license required if applicable
• OBMI licensure in radiography and CT (or ARRT CT registration) required
• ARRT registration in radiography required
• BLS certification from the AHA required
• COVID vaccination required — no exemptions

Additional Information

• Performs diagnostic CT procedures in accordance with ARRT guidelines for CT
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rates — no radius restriction
• Previously employed staff must have been away for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler
• RTO requests must be submitted upfront and cannot be modified after the profile has been submitted — additional requests may result in cancellation
• Copies of certifications and 2 professional references are required for consideration
