Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a night shift travel contract at a Level III Trauma Center in Washington State, with Epic proficiency and a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required.

Details

• Short-term acute care hospital setting at a Level III Trauma Center
• ICU unit with floating required between all facilities within the state
• Patient ratios of 2:1 for ICU-level care and 3:1 for PCU-level care
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call required
• Charting via Epic (experience required)
• No parking fee

Requirements

• Active WA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience required
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within Washington State; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission; post-offer RTO requests may be denied
• Scrubs of any color are acceptable
