Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Level IV NICU position in Wisconsin, requiring a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience including at least 1 year in a Level IV NICU.

Details

Level IV NICU at a children's hospital
Patient population includes post-op patients and complex neonatal cases
Experience with g-tubes, trach/vent management, and various modes of invasive and non-invasive ventilation required in this unit
Day and night 12-hour shifts available: 7:00am–7:30pm or 7:00pm–7:30am
3x12-hour shift schedule
2–3 weekends required per 6-week scheduling period

Requirements

Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
Current BLS and NRP certifications (AHA) required
Minimum 2 years of total NICU Level III/IV experience required (Level III and IV experience may be combined to meet this requirement)
At least 1 full year of Level IV NICU experience required
Experience with post-op neonatal patients, g-tubes, and trach/vent management
Proficiency with various modes of invasive and non-invasive ventilation
