Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift SICU position in Chattanooga, TN, requiring at least 2 years of ICU experience and an active TN or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the Surgical ICU (SICU) of an acute care hospital in Chattanooga, TN
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active RN license in TN or a compact state currently in hand
• Minimum 2 years of recent SICU or ICU experience required
• Current BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Current ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required for ICU RNs
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• Professional reference required (candidates from Florida or Missouri must provide two references)
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
• No previous work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months will be accepted
