Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with outpatient experience and proficiency on GE and Toshiba/Canon equipment for a 13-week travel contract in Oregon.

Details

• Outpatient CT imaging setting
• Experience with GE and Toshiba/Canon CT equipment is required for this position
• Epic EMR experience required — no exceptions
• Night shifts, 3x12 hours from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract with the possibility of extension beyond 13 weeks
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate — no radius restriction
• May float to a nearby sister hospital

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of CT Technologist experience required
• Outpatient experience and IV skills required
• Active Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) license in radiography required — no pending licenses
• ARRT registration in radiography required
• CT licensure via OBMI or CT registration via ARRT required
• BLS certification from the AHA required
• Graduate of an imaging technology program approved by applicable licensing bodies
• Active Oregon (OR) license required — license required if applicable
• COVID vaccination required — no exemptions accepted

Additional Information

• Performs diagnostic CT procedures in accordance with ARRT guidelines for Computerized Tomography
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have been away for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler
• RTO requests are strict and must be submitted upfront — requests cannot be changed after submission and may result in cancellation if additional RTO is requested
• All requested time off must be disclosed prior to consideration for this position
