Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with outpatient experience and proficiency on GE and Toshiba/Canon equipment for a 13-week travel contract in Oregon.
Details
- Outpatient CT imaging setting
- Experience with GE and Toshiba/Canon CT equipment is required for this position
- Epic EMR experience required — no exceptions
- Night shifts, 3x12 hours from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week contract with the possibility of extension beyond 13 weeks
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate — no radius restriction
- May float to a nearby sister hospital
Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of CT Technologist experience required
- Outpatient experience and IV skills required
- Active Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) license in radiography required — no pending licenses
- ARRT registration in radiography required
- CT licensure via OBMI or CT registration via ARRT required
- BLS certification from the AHA required
- Graduate of an imaging technology program approved by applicable licensing bodies
- Active Oregon (OR) license required — license required if applicable
- COVID vaccination required — no exemptions accepted
Additional Information
- Performs diagnostic CT procedures in accordance with ARRT guidelines for Computerized Tomography
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have been away for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler
- RTO requests are strict and must be submitted upfront — requests cannot be changed after submission and may result in cancellation if additional RTO is requested
- All requested time off must be disclosed prior to consideration for this position
