Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a MICU position in Dallas, TX, requiring at least 1 year of recent ICU experience and an active TX or compact RN license.
Details
- Position is in a Medical ICU (MICU) unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of recent MICU or ICU experience required
- Current BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
- Current ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required for MICU RNs
- No certification may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- Professional reference required
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
