Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a MICU position in Dallas, TX, requiring at least 1 year of recent ICU experience and an active TX or compact RN license.

Details

  • Position is in a Medical ICU (MICU) unit within a hospital setting
  • Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Active TX or compact RN license required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent MICU or ICU experience required
  • Current BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
  • Current ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
  • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required for MICU RNs
  • No certification may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
  • US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
  • Professional reference required

Additional Information

  • Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
  • No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
