Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Oncology RN for an outpatient infusion center position requiring a minimum of 2 years of ambulatory oncology infusion experience and an active MA RN license.
Details
- Outpatient/ambulatory oncology infusion center setting located 8 miles west of Boston
- 27-chair unit serving a mix of oncology and medical infusion regimens, including solid tumor, hematologic, and general medical infusion
- Full-time, 10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- 13-week contract
- Free onsite parking available for travelers; personal vehicle required
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
- BLS certification required (AHA only)
- Minimum 2 years of ambulatory oncology infusion unit experience required
- Peripheral IV experience required
- Epic EMR experience
- 2 professional references required
Additional Information
- Administer oncology and medical infusion regimens to outpatient oncology patients
- Flu vaccine is mandatory; no religious or medical exemptions are accepted
- Candidates residing within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are considered local and are eligible at a reduced pay rate
- Time and attendance tracked via UKG/Kronos
- Any requested time off must be disclosed prior to consideration
