Description

American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week acute rehabilitation assignment in a hospital setting.

Details

  • Acute inpatient rehabilitation unit in a hospital setting
  • Serves all adult patient types; pediatric patients are excluded from this unit
  • 100% acute rehab — no floating to other rehab settings
  • Monday through Friday schedule with occasional weekend shifts
  • Shift hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements

  • Current, active OT license (license required if applicable)
  • Minimum 2 years of OT experience
  • Acute care experience required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Valid Driver's License required for consideration
  • Skills checklist required for consideration
  • 2 professional references required for consideration
  • US Social Security Number required; must be able to provide a valid US home address

Additional Information

  • Provide occupational therapy services to a diverse adult patient population in an acute rehabilitation setting
  • Local candidates are accepted; however, a radius rule applies and may affect the travel pay rate — contact your recruiter for details
  • COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position
