Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring prior travel experience, C-EFM certification, and night shift availability.
Details
- Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
- Baby-friendly designated organization
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Every other weekend required
- Every other holiday required
- On-call requirement of 8 hours per 6-week scheduling period
- Laboring nurses are expected to care for postpartum patients as needed
- Scrubs are provided
Requirements
- Active MD or Compact RN license required
- Required certifications: C-EFM (through NCC), BLS, and NRP — all must be current and in hand at time of consideration
- Minimum 2 years of L&D RN experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

- Orientation begins on Mondays
- Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are eligible at a different rate — contact your recruiter for details
