Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring prior travel experience, C-EFM certification, and night shift availability.

Details

• Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
• Baby-friendly designated organization
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required
• On-call requirement of 8 hours per 6-week scheduling period
• Laboring nurses are expected to care for postpartum patients as needed
• Scrubs are provided

Requirements

• Active MD or Compact RN license required
• Required certifications: C-EFM (through NCC), BLS, and NRP — all must be current and in hand at time of consideration
• Minimum 2 years of L&D RN experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

• Orientation begins on Mondays
