Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) position in McKinney, TX, requiring at least 1 year of recent CVOR experience and an active TX or compact RN license.

Details

Position is based in a hospital surgical/OR department specializing in cardiovascular procedures
Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
13-week contract

Requirements

Active TX or compact RN license required
Minimum 1 year of recent CVOR or cardiovascular OR nursing experience required
Current BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted); certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
One professional reference required (two required if licensed in Florida or Missouri)
No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
First-time travelers are welcome to apply provided all experience and licensure requirements are met
