Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with GE and Toshiba/Canon scanner experience and Epic proficiency for a 13-week night shift travel contract in Salem, OR.

Details

• Outpatient-focused CT scan unit staffed with 3 technologists at all times
• Unit operates with a 24/7 transport team
• Equipment includes GE and Toshiba/Canon CT scanners
• Epic EMR is used for charting
• 3x12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Shifts scheduled Saturday through Monday
• May float to a nearby sister hospital
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of CT Technologist experience required
• Outpatient experience and IV skills required
• Proficiency with GE and Toshiba/Canon CT scanners required
• Epic EMR experience required — no exceptions
• Graduate of an imaging technology program approved by applicable licensing bodies
• Active Oregon OBMI license in radiography required — no pending licenses accepted
• ARRT registration in radiography required
• CT licensure through OBMI or ARRT CT registration required
• Active BLS certification from the AHA required
• COVID vaccination required — no exemptions
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Performs diagnostic-quality CT procedures in a safe manner following ARRT guidelines
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rates — no radius restriction applies
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront and cannot be modified after the profile has been submitted — additional requests may result in cancellation
• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have been away for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler
