Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with at least 18 months of cardiac cath experience for a 13-week travel assignment at a short-term acute care hospital in Weston, FL.

Details

• Short-term acute care hospital setting with 180 staffed beds
• Cardiac Cath Lab unit
• 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Call is required for this position
• Weekend requirements can be discussed with the manager
• Floating within clinical scope to meet facility needs is required, including to three sister facilities (Martin North, Martin South, and Martin Tradition — all within 20 miles)
• Charting is done in Epic
• Free parking available in any unrestricted space

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of experience in cardiac cath lab specialty; 2 years preferred
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS required
• RCVT or RCIS certification preferred
• Experience as a scrub technologist specializing in cath lab procedures
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• License required if applicable
• Driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration

• This is a smoke-free, nicotine-free facility — a negative 10-panel drug screen including nicotine (cotinine) is required
