Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Pediatric IV Therapy Vascular Access Team position requiring pediatric vascular access experience and ultrasound-guided PIV placement skills.
Details
- Pediatric hospital inpatient setting
- Specialized Pediatric IV Therapy and Vascular Access Team unit
- Variable 8-hour shifts with day and evening options (7:00–15:00 or 13:00–21:00)
- Floating to other facilities within the same health system may be required
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- Vascular access experience at a pediatric hospital required
- Ultrasound-guided PIV placement experience required
- Inpatient nursing experience preferred
- ED experience preferred
Additional Information
- Primary responsibilities include vascular access procedures and IV therapy for pediatric patients
- 13-week contract
