Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical/Surgical position requiring telemetry background and a minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg experience for a 13-week night shift contract in Wisconsin.

Details

• Hospital Med/Surg unit (Nursing Unit 001)
• Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30
• 13-week contract
• Telemetry monitoring required (must be able to read telemetry)
• Epic EMR used
• Floating may be required within skill set, including to sites within 40 miles of the primary facility
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required

Requirements

• Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification (must be AHA-issued)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required
• Telemetry reading experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• A copy of Driver's License is required for consideration
• 2 professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Artificial or acrylic nails are not permitted; natural nails must be kept short (under 1/4 inch)
• Local candidates may be considered, but may be subject to a reduced pay rate depending on proximity to the facility
• COVID vaccination is not required for this position
