Description

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at an acute care hospital in Somerset, KY, requiring 1-2 years of experience in an acute care setting.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting within the Diagnostic Radiology / Interventional MRI department
• 295-bed regional medical center serving an 11-county area in south central Kentucky
• Facility features cardiac care services and an advanced neurosurgery program with Spine Center accreditation
• Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM shift
• Every other weekend required
• 36 hours per week
• May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of MRI experience in an acute care facility
• AHA certifications required prior to start
• License required if applicable
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time

Additional Information

• Orientation is held weekly on Mondays
• Candidates must reside 60 or more miles from the facility to qualify for travel rate
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible for this position
