Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) with at least 1 year of experience for a 13-week acute care assignment at a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) using Epic EMR.

• Acute care setting at a Critical Access Hospital (CAH)
• Physical Therapy unit
• 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays
• Epic EMR used in this position

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Active state or compact (NLC) PT license required at time of consideration; pending licenses will not be accepted — license required if applicable
• Active BLS certification (AHA) required; pending certifications will not be accepted
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration

Additional Information

• 12-hour orientation provided
• Candidates may not have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity-affiliated facility within the past year; candidates employed PRN through outside firms will be considered
