Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience, ARRT certification, and GE/PACS proficiency for a 13-week travel assignment in Kentucky.

Details

• Hospital-based CT Scan unit
• Rotating 3x12 and 4x12 shift schedule alternating weekly, totaling 84 hours per two-week pay period
• Shifts run from 10:00 AM–10:30 PM or 12:00 PM–10:30 PM depending on the week
• Every other weekend required
• Floating required within scope of practice
• Uses GE equipment and PACS imaging system
• Meditech EMR

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Tech or X-Ray Tech
• Active ARRT certification required
• Current AHA BLS required
• Active compact or state license in hand required at time of consideration — license required if applicable
• Experience with GE equipment and PACS required
• Meditech EMR experience preferred
• Driver's license with address matching permanent address required for consideration
• 2 professional references required: 1 charge-level or higher and 1 supervisor reference, both completed within the last year
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

• Must be willing and able to commit to the rotating 3x12/4x12 schedule — candidates unable to accept this schedule may be subject to cancellation
• Up to 7 days of RTO considered; all RTO must be submitted upfront and no changes will be accepted after submission
• Must be available to work at least one major or minor holiday during the assignment
• Travelers who have worked in the system for one year must take a minimum 6-month break before being eligible to return
• Travel pairs are accepted on a limited basis; paired travelers will not be placed on the same shift or unit
• Middle name is required for consideration; confirmation of no middle name is acceptable
