Description

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in a Breast Imaging department, requiring ARRT (Mammography) certification and a minimum of 18 months of experience.

Details

• Breast Imaging / Mammography department setting
• Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts with start times of either 7:30 AM or 8:30 AM depending on department needs
• Flexibility to work Saturdays when coverage is needed and to adjust shift start/end times as required
• 40 hours per week
• No on-call requirement

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of experience in Mammography or a similar setting
• Active ARRT certification with Mammography credential required
• Active BLS certification required
• Active MA state license required if applicable
• Two professional references required, at least one from a manager-level or above (title must reflect 'Manager,' not 'Supervisor'), each including a performance evaluation — one within the past 12 months and the other within the past 3 years
• References from fellow travelers are not accepted
• A copy of Driver's License is required for consideration

Additional Information

• At least one reference from a prior temporary or travel assignment is preferred
• Candidates whose permanent residence is within 30 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position — this radius rule applies to Rad/X-Ray Tech roles at this facility
