Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with 2+ years of experience and active ARRT or RCIS certification for a cardiac cath lab assignment in Louisiana.
Details
- Works in a cardiac cath lab setting with an average daily census of 30
- Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Call required 1-2 weekdays per week
- Weekend call required every 3rd or 4th weekend
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of cath lab experience required
- Active ARRT (R) or RCIS certification required
- Current BLS and ACLS (AHA) required
- Active Louisiana State License required if applicable
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside 65+ miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- Upon accepting an assignment, the unit manager may assign travelers to an Emergency Team, which may require remaining at the facility during or after an emergency event or serving as part of a relief team
- Candidates who are not comfortable with potential emergency team assignments should not apply for this position
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed and discussed during the interview process
