Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist / Radiologic Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and dual ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) certifications for a travel assignment in Colorado.

Details

• Position is based at a 78-bed hospital serving a broad range of departments including oncology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, family practice, internal medicine, urology, women's health, and pediatrics
• Performs diagnostic radiology imaging procedures across hospital and multiple clinic settings
• Procedures include fluoroscopy, OR imaging, orthopedic imaging, X-ray, and CT
• Schedule is 5x8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• No call and no weekend requirements
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Rad Tech/CT Tech
• Active ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) certifications required
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers from the AHA required
• Active state license required if applicable
• Proficiency in fluoroscopy, OR imaging, orthopedic imaging, X-ray, and CT required
• Candidate's permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
• DOB or SSN required for consideration
• Proof of flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
• CAPS (Colorado) background check required prior to start — may take up to two weeks to obtain

Additional Information

• Provide high-quality diagnostic imaging while practicing proper radiation safety techniques across a variety of imaging modalities
• The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can demonstrate a high level of skill, confidence, and autonomy
• Local candidates are not eligible for this position due to the 75-mile radius requirement
