Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for a hospital-based Case Management position requiring Epic proficiency and a CA RN license.
Details
- Hospital-based Case Management unit
- Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–16:30)
- 13-week contract
- Epic EMR required
- 2 weekends required every 6 weeks
- No on-call requirements
- Floating between facilities within the state required based on need
- Local candidates are accepted
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience required
- Epic EMR proficiency required
- Active professional license at time of consideration
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers will be considered with clinical approval
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
- All RTO requests must be submitted upfront; post-offer RTO requests may be denied
- Free parking available on-site
