Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Level IV NICU position requiring at least 2 years of NICU experience and active WI or compact RN licensure.
Details
- Level IV NICU in a children's hospital setting
- 4x12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Monday through Friday availability with 2–3 required weekends per 6-week scheduling period
- Patient population includes post-op, g-tube, and trach/vent patients requiring various modes of invasive and noninvasive ventilation
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS and NRP (both AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of combined Level III/IV NICU experience, with at least 1 year specifically in a Level IV NICU
- Experience with post-op patients, g-tubes, and trach/vent management
- Proficiency with various modes of invasive and noninvasive ventilation
Additional Information
- Provide intensive care nursing to a complex neonatal population including post-surgical and ventilator-dependent patients
