Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of CT Scan experience for a night shift travel assignment in a regional referral hospital's Radiology department.
Details
- Work in the CT Scan/Radiology department of a 495-bed regional referral hospital
- Patient ratios vary
- Uses Epic EMR
- 3x12-hour night shifts on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
- Weekend requirement of every Saturday
- No on-call requirements
- 13-week assignment
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT Scan
- Current BLS certification (AHA only)
- ARRT certification required
- VA license required if applicable
- No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of start

Pros
Everyone has been very helpful and kind. The hospital is clean and pretty easy to navigate to rooms and floors. It's in a good location.
Cons
Not a whole lot of short term homes for rent but some nice hotels and rooms for rent. Not a lot of things to do during off time but DC and Shenandoah Park are a short drive. So are a lot of caverns.
