Description

American Traveler is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with at least 2 years of RRT experience for a 13-week night shift contract in Lawton, OK.

Details

• 265-bed regional referral center serving as a regional referral center in Southwest Oklahoma
• Provides patient care in critical care areas including adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care
• 12-hour night shifts
• Weekend rotation required
• On-call rotation required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of RRT experience required
• BLS certification required (AHA)
• Oklahoma state license required if applicable
• Current CRT certification required (candidates without active copies may still be reviewed)

Additional Information

• Works under the supervision of the RT Supervisor and Cardiopulmonary Manager
• Responsibilities include training RT personnel in adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care areas
• Allied and therapy travelers begin orientation on Tuesdays
• No more than 5 days of RTO may be requested
• Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated
• Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility will be considered at a reduced rate
• Former direct employees of the facility are not eligible to return through an agency until at least 6 months after the end of their direct employment
