Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a day-shift, Monday–Friday contract position at an acute care hospital in Atlanta, GA, with a minimum of 1 year of CT experience required.
Details
- Primary work location is the Howell Mill campus, with float coverage to a secondary Piedmont Atlanta location as needed
- Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend or on-call requirements
- Day shift, 5x8 hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Floating within the facility and scope of practice is required
- 14-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required
- Active professional licensure required at time of consideration, if applicable
- Copies of all applicable certifications required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates are accepted
- RTO is capped at 7 days and may not be requested during the first week of the assignment
- Travelers are expected to work major holidays that fall within their assignment period; if three major holidays occur during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work two of them — major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
- No schedule change requests or alternate shift requests will be considered; the posted shift is firm
- Candidates who have previously worked at any facility in this health system must have been away for a full year before returning as a traveler
- Full compliance with onboarding requirements is necessary to start on time; delays may result in a two-week pushback due to a bi-weekly orientation schedule
