Description
American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a CVOR/OR position at an academic medical center in Vermont, requiring a VT or compact RN license and cardiovascular OR experience.

- Work setting is a hospital OR unit specializing in cardiovascular surgery (CVOR)
- 13-week contract
- 12-hour rotating shifts (day/evening)
Requirements
- Active VT RN license or compact RN license required; candidates without a VT license will be considered (licensure application must be initiated promptly upon acceptance)
- NY-licensed candidates will be considered with proof of pending NY license
- Prior CVOR/cardiovascular OR nursing experience required
- At least two references from a Nurse Manager and/or Supervisor required, with one from the past 6 months and one from within the past year of employment
- SSN and DOB required for consideration

- This is an academic medical center environment
- Personal vehicle required as public transportation is not accessible near the facility
- Work history submitted for consideration must include bed count, EMR, and trauma level information
