Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 5+ years of CT scan experience, including angiograms and CT-guided procedures, for a 13-week travel assignment in Boston, MA.
Details
- Hospital-based imaging department at a Brighton, MA location
- Performs CT scans, angiograms, and CT-guided procedures such as biopsies
- Experience with 64-slice GE scanners preferred
- 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
- One weekend call per month, with weekend coverage as needed
- Epic EMR used; experience preferred
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of CT scan experience in a hospital setting
- ARRT and ARRT CT certification required
- BLS required
- Active MA Radiation license required (license required if applicable)
- Trauma experience preferred
- Proficiency with 64-slice GE scanners preferred
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- 2 professional references required: at least one must be from a manager-level or above (not a supervisor), one must be within the last 12 months and the other within the last 3 years
- References cannot be provided by another traveler
Additional Information
- Perform CT imaging procedures including angiograms and CT-guided interventions such as biopsies
- Candidates must have a permanent residence at least 30 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
- One reference from a prior travel or temporary assignment is preferred
