Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Tennessee, requiring AHA-certified ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications, with night shift availability and every-other-weekend commitment.
Details
- Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
- Every other weekend or 2 weekends per month required
- Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2
- On-call requirement of 36 hours every 6 weeks
- Floating required
Requirements
- Active TN or Compact RN license required
- Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NRP, AWHONN, and NIHSS
- Prior Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
Additional Information
- 13-week contract
- RTO will not be accommodated during holiday periods, including: Valentine's Day, Spring Break, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Fall Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day — travelers may discuss holiday RTO directly with the manager after arriving onsite
