Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Cardiac/Progressive Care Float Pool position at an acute care hospital in Indiana, requiring 3 years of experience and night shift availability.

Details

• Stepdown/progressive care unit in an acute care hospital setting
• Float pool position — manager will place travelers based on best fit across units
• 12-hour night shifts, 4 days per week (36 or 48 hours per week)
• 13-week contract
• Charting performed in Cerner

Requirements

• Active IN or Compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS (both AHA)
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
• Cardiac/progressive care or stepdown experience required
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

• BSN is not required for this position
• A manager interview is required prior to placement; candidates will be placed on the unit that best matches their skill set
• Candidates living between 50 and 100 miles from the facility may be considered but at a reduced bill rate
• No orientation hours are included with this assignment
