Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with outpatient experience and proficiency on GE and Toshiba/Canon scanners for a 13-week night shift contract in Salem, OR.

Details

• Outpatient-focused CT Scan unit within a hospital setting
• Scanners in use include GE and Toshiba/Canon equipment
• Epic EMR is used; experience is required
• 3x12-hour night shifts, Sunday through Tuesday, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• May float to a nearby sister hospital

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of CT Technologist experience required
• Outpatient CT experience and IV skills required
• Hands-on experience with both GE and Toshiba/Canon CT scanners required
• Epic EMR proficiency required; no exceptions
• Graduate of an imaging technology program approved by applicable licensing bodies
• ARRT registration in Radiography required
• ARRT CT registration or Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) CT licensure required
• Active Oregon OBMI Radiography license required (no pending licenses accepted)
• BLS certification from the AHA required
• COVID vaccination required; no exemptions
• License required if applicable

• Performs diagnostic CT procedures following ARRT and facility guidelines in a safe, quality-focused manner
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rates; no radius restriction
• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have been gone for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler
• RTO requests must be submitted upfront and cannot be modified after the profile has been submitted; additional requests may result in cancellation
• Travel pairs must be disclosed at the time of submission
