Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position in Mission Viejo, CA, requiring Epic EMR proficiency and availability for call, weekends, and potential floating.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting with 488 staffed beds
- Cath Lab unit
- Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (7:00–17:30)
- Weekend availability required, likely exceeding every other weekend to meet unit needs
- On-call responsibilities required
- May be required to float to a sister facility within the state
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting required for consideration
Additional Information
- Scrubs: Royal Blue for RN
- Free parking available on-site
- Scheduling preferences may be considered, but are not guaranteed; requests based on additional outside employment will not be accommodated
- Former permanent staff of the facility must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- Minimal RTO is strongly preferred for this position
- Refusal to float between facilities within the state may result in termination of assignment
