Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) position in Boston requiring prior travel nursing and pediatric cardiac critical care experience.
Details
- Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) setting within a major children's hospital
- Patient population includes children and adults with congenital heart disease requiring critical care
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- 50/50 day/night rotation available, or permanent nights
- Weekend requirement: 3 out of every 6 weekends
- No on-call responsibilities
- Floating required to MSICU, MICU, NICU, and ACCU
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts (MA) RN license required
- Current certifications required: BLS and PALS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Pediatric Cardiac ICU, CVICU, or CICU
- Experience with critically ill children and adults with congenital heart disease required
- Prior travel nursing experience required — first-time travelers will not be considered

- Provide critical care nursing to pediatric and adult patients with congenital heart disease in a high-acuity cardiovascular ICU environment
