Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Telemetry unit position requiring strong neuro experience, prior travel experience, and night shift availability.
Details
- Telemetry unit in a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active TX RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Strong neuro nursing experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- 2 supervisory references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration
Additional Information
- The facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, which includes marijuana — a positive result results in automatic cancellation with no exceptions; candidates should avoid anything that could produce a positive result, including CBD products, prior to and upon arrival
- Candidates residing within 150 miles of the facility are considered local and may not be eligible for travel pay rates
