Description
American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist / Radiologic Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and dual ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) certifications for a travel assignment in Colorado.
Details
- Position is based in an acute care hospital setting, supporting a 78-bed hospital as well as multiple outpatient clinics including oncology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, family practice, internal medicine, urology, women's health, and pediatrics
- Modalities include CT, fluoroscopy, OR imaging, orthopedic imaging, and general X-ray diagnostic imaging procedures
- Schedule is 5x8-hour day/evening shifts, Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
- No call and no weekend requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist with CT experience
- Active ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) certifications required
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Proficiency in fluoroscopy, OR imaging, orthopedic imaging, X-ray, and CT required
- Active state license required if applicable
- DOB required for consideration
- Flu vaccine required — no exemptions
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local candidates will be considered
- Colorado CAPS (background check) registration is required and may take up to two weeks to obtain; candidates should apply as soon as possible
- Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures across a busy, fast-paced multi-department environment requiring a high degree of skill, confidence, and autonomy
- Proper radiation safety techniques and delivery of high-quality imaging are essential to this role
