Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry position at an acute care hospital, requiring a minimum of 2 years of MS/Tele experience and PA or compact RN licensure.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting with 230 staffed beds
• Telemetry unit with med/surg crossover, including ER holding patients
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
• Every other weekend required
• Floating within scope to like units required
• Block scheduling can be accommodated
• No on-call requirements
• Charting via Epic

Requirements

• Active PA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand (no pending licenses accepted)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of MS/Tele or Telemetry nursing experience required
• Proficiency in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias required
• Epic EMR experience required
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

• Navy blue scrubs required
• Local candidates within 75 miles of the facility are accepted at a different rate
• All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at the time of consideration
• RTO is subject to manager's discretion
