Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position at a mid-to-large hospital in Illinois, requiring a minimum of 2 years of L&D experience and night shift availability.
Details
- Labor & Delivery unit in a mid-to-large hospital setting
- Unit includes 14 labor rooms, 3 triage/overnight observation rooms, 2 ORs, 3 PACUs, and a 4-bed OBED off the unit
- High-volume unit averaging approximately 230 deliveries per month
- 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 3 shifts per week
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active Illinois (IL) RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience in a mid-to-large hospital setting
Additional Information
- Holiday coverage required on a rotating every-other basis
