Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Inpatient Rehab RN for a 13-week travel contract in Nashua, NH, requiring an active NH or compact RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Details

Inpatient rehabilitation unit within a hospital setting
Varied shifts with a defined workweek running Sunday at 12:01am through Saturday at 11:59pm
36 hours per week
Telemetry monitoring is a component of the unit's patient care

Requirements

Active NH or compact RN license currently in hand
Current BLS/BCLS and ACLS certifications required
Graduate of an approved nursing program preferred
Basic dysrhythmia knowledge preferred or must be completed prior to end of orientation

Additional Information

Provides comprehensive clinical documentation including care plans each shift
Communicates patient information through bedside shift report, multidisciplinary rounds, and hourly rounding (AIDET)
Participates in daily unit-based safety huddles and quality improvement initiatives
Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members and may serve as a preceptor for new nurses
Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or must be completed prior to end of orientation
COVID-19 vaccine is not required for this position
