Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) night shift position requiring NIH Stroke Certification and a NC or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM

Requirements

• Active NC or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2+ years of recent PCU experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted, not expiring within first 30 days of assignment)
• NIH Stroke Certification required
• No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
• One professional reference required (two required for Florida and Missouri candidates)

Additional Information

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring progressive cardiac and telemetry monitoring
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible; local candidates will not be considered
