Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2+ years of Level-3 or higher ED experience and multiple certifications including TNCC or ATCN.
Details
- Hospital Emergency Department setting with 24 beds
- Patient population includes psychiatric, trauma, general medical, sepsis, cardiac, and stroke cases
- 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week
- Epic EMR experience required
- Floating is rare, but may occur to the freestanding ED or other units within the facility as helping hands
Requirements
- Active WA or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level-3 or higher ED
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENCP, TNCC or ATCN, NIHSS, and CPI or MOAB
- Must pass a Traveler Telemetry Competency Exam
- Epic EMR experience required
- Two supervisor-level references required (Charge Nurse, Manager, Director, or above); one reference may be submitted for initial consideration with a second required prior to start
