Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2+ years of Level-3 or higher ED experience and multiple advanced certifications, working 12-hour night shifts.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting with 24 beds
• Patient population includes psychiatric, trauma, general medical, sepsis, cardiac, and stroke cases
• 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week
• Epic EMR experience required
• Floating is rare but may occur to a freestanding ED or other units within the facility as helping hands
• 15-week contract

Requirements

• Active WA or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level-3 or higher Emergency Department
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or ATCN, NIHSS, and CPI or MOAB
• Must pass the Traveler Telemetry Competency Exam
• Epic EMR experience required
• At least one supervisor-level reference (Charge Nurse, Manager, Director, or above) required for consideration, with a second required prior to start
