Description
American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab / IR Tech for a 13-week travel assignment at a Level II Trauma acute care hospital, working 4x10-hour day shifts with on-call and weekend call requirements.
Details
- Work in a Cath Lab / IR setting at a 360-bed acute care Level II Trauma hospital
- Daily caseload of 8–12 cases
- 4x10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- On-call required with approximately 15 shifts per month
- STEMI call team activation requires response within 30 minutes
- One full weekend of call required per month
- Block scheduling is not available
- Charting is done in Cerner and McKesson
Requirements
- Current BLS and ACLS required
- ARRT certification required; RCIS accepted with IR experience
- Maryland license required if applicable
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
Additional Information
- This facility has a strict no-tobacco policy and tests for nicotine and cotinine — candidates who use any form of nicotine (cigarettes, vapes, patches, gum, etc.) are not eligible for this position
- Scrubs are provided by the facility
- Parking is available in the patient/visitor parking garage at no cost to staff using their badge
