Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of experience across outpatient, inpatient, ED, and ICU settings for a night shift contract position.

Details

• Night shift schedule, 4x9-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• CT Scan unit within an acute care hospital setting
• Patient population includes pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients; NICU and PICU experience is a plus
• Experience across outpatient, inpatient, ED, and ICU settings required; NICU and PICU exposure preferred
• PACS system experience required; contrast administration required
• Biopsies and IV starts preferred
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required
• Current BLS and ARRT (CT) certification required
• Experience with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations required; neonatal and infant experience preferred
• PACS experience required
• Contrast administration experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration
• License required if applicable

• An EKG exam is required during compliance and must be passed — two attempts are allowed
• Candidates should prepare for the EKG exam in advance, as study materials will not be provided by the facility
