Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position at a Level I Trauma Teaching Hospital in Flagstaff, AZ, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience and TNCC certification preferred.

Details

• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Emergency Department setting in a 268-bed short-term acute care hospital designated as a Level I Trauma and Teaching facility
• Typical patient ratio of 4:1, adjusted based on acuity
• Weekend work required on an as-needed basis
• No on-call or floating requirements
• Charting performed in Cerner
• Free parking available on-site

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted AZ RN license or a valid, participating Compact RN license currently in hand
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS
• TNCC certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of ER nursing experience required
• Candidates with fewer than 3 years of experience may be screened on a case-by-case basis
