Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric Transplant Outpatient Clinic position requiring a DC RN license and at least 2 years of pediatric liver and small bowel transplant experience.
Details
- Outpatient clinic setting specializing in pediatric pre/post liver and small bowel transplant and hepatology
- Schedule is 5x8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Holiday coverage required as needed
- No float requirement
- 26-week contract
Requirements
- Active DC RN license required and must be in hand at time of consideration
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric pre/post liver transplant, small bowel transplant, and hepatology required
- Prior completed travel assignment required
- 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include patient care coordination, labs, imaging, phone triage, and communication with the multidisciplinary team
- Flu vaccine required for all staff
- Candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate
- All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at time of application
