Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring AHA-certified ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate credentials with night shift availability.
Details
- Work in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit
- Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Schedule options: 3x12 or 4x12 hours per week
- Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2
- On-call requirement: 36 hours every 6 weeks
- Every other weekend or 2 weekends per month required
- Floating required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active RN license — Tennessee (TN) or Compact license required
- Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP, AWHONN Intermediate (AWHONN-INT), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Prior Labor & Delivery nursing experience required

- RTO will not be accommodated during holidays or holiday weeks, including: Valentine's Day, Spring Break, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Fall Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day — travelers may discuss holiday RTO directly with the manager after arriving onsite
